When you submit a case, we collect:
- The arguments you provide (which are displayed publicly on the verdict page)
- A hashed (anonymized) version of your IP address, used only for rate-limiting
- If you create an account: your email address and chosen display name
We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, or payment information.
2. Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and browser information. This data is stored by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
3. Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies required for authentication (if you create an account) and Google Analytics tracking. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing
The arguments and verdicts you submit are published publicly on this site. Your email address (if you create an account) is kept private and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
Case arguments and verdicts are retained indefinitely as part of the site's content. If you have an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. IP hashes are not retained beyond the rate-limiting window.
